By booking an appointment at jlbsknstudio, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Appointments💳
All bookings require a £10 non-refundable prepayment to secure your appointment. The deposit will then be deducted from the total cost on the day. The remaining balance will be paid by bank transfer.
Bookings are automatically confirmed once payment is received. Please make sure you can attend before booking. Please arrive on time for your appointment . Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
2. Your First Appointment👋
If you are a first time client, you must select and fill out the ‘Face to Face Consultation’ form on the service menu.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy❗️
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment , you must notify at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Your deposit can then be transferred to your new appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full treatment cost. If you fail to pay cancellation fees, you will be unable to make future bookings until payment is received.
4. Refunds and Complaints💸
I do not offer refunds for completed services. If you have any concerns, please discuss them immediately. Any issues should be raised within 48 hours of your appointment so it can be addressed appropriately.
5. Data Protection👩💻
Your personal information is collected solely for booking purposes and managing appointments.
I will not share your data with third parties or use it for marketing without your consent.
